For US customers, duties and taxes are collected at checkout — your order will also be sent DDP (duties & taxes paid).

Important Shipping Notes
We are currently unable to ship to Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, or Israel due to global events. For flats or apartment buildings, deliveries may be left in communal areas (lobbies, mailrooms, or shared entryways) due to access restrictions.
- By placing an order to one of these addresses, you accept that your parcel may be left in a communal area.
- We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost, stolen, or missing after being delivered to the building.
- We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery, or using an alternative secure address.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Illicit Bloc purchase. If not, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If your item is faulty, please contact us via our contact page as soon as possible — we’ll handle each case individually.
- Postage costs cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.
- Sale items can be returned or exchanged as long as all tags and packaging are intact.
- Your return must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
- Please include all tags and original packaging to ensure your return is accepted.
- We are unable to refund shipping or return costs unless the product is faulty.
