You should not have to pay any import taxes on

    RETURNS POLICY

    We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however if you are not for whatever reason we will happily exchange your unworn item providing it is still in resellable condition.


    If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 14 days of receipt. 

    We cannot refund your postage costs unless product is faulty / incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 14 days of receipt. We cannot give any credit/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchases.

    Sale items are still eligible for exchange and refund provided the item is in unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact.

    In order to return an item, you must meet the following : 

    • The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • The Return form must be printed out (fully completed) and sent back with your parcel.
    • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
    • The item must be returned with tags and packaging intact.

    We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is incorrect.
