We aim to process orders within 1-3 working days. Each order will be processed and packed with the greatest care and hygiene.
Please note some shipments may be sent with Royal Mail’s express signed for service due to DHL express services not being able to validate postcodes.
Tracking information will be provided on all orders which is included in the shipping confirmation emails sent once the order has been shipped.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following :
- The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The Return form must be printed out (fully completed) and sent back with your parcel.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with tags and packaging intact.
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is incorrect.
