Illicitbloc™ is looking for a highly organised, culturally aware intern with a genuine passion for fashion, brand storytelling, and creative direction.

This is not a passive internship. You’ll be working closely with the founders across both the creative and operational sides of the brand from shoot planning and content execution to backend organisation and production coordination.

We’re looking for someone who wants to understand how a modern fashion brand actually runs day-to-day, and who is ready to contribute, take ownership and grow with us.

This role has no ceiling for the right person, it can naturally evolve into a long-term freelance or permanent position.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting day-to-day operations of the brand across multiple areas
- Managing and improving internal organisation systems (Notion, calendars, task flows, etc.)
- Assisting with production timelines and supplier communication
- Coordinating shoot logistics (locations, schedules, call sheets, product prep)
- Helping manage Shopify backend tasks (product uploads, descriptions, stock updates)
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content during shoots and key moments
- Supporting with content writing (product copy, captions, emails where needed)
- Acting as a reliable right hand solving problems, filling gaps, and keeping things moving
- Contributing creative ideas across campaigns, content, and brand direction

Key Skills

- Strong organisational ability (bonus if experienced with tools like Notion, Google Suite, etc.)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Good eye for visual content and aesthetics (especially for BTS/social)
- Basic understanding of Shopify or willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable with content writing (captions, product descriptions, emails)
- Able to work both independently and within a small team
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail

Bonus (Not Essential)

- Experience with fashion brands, content creation, or e-commerce
- Basic skills in editing (photo/video)Understanding of brand storytelling or campaign building
