Illicitbloc™ is looking for a naturally talented BTS Videographer & Editor intern with a genuine passion for fashion, brand culture and visual storytelling.

This role is for someone who instinctively understands aesthetic someone who sees moments before they happen and knows how to capture them in a way that feels considered, cinematic and true to the brand.

You don’t need years of experience or formal qualifications. What matters is your eye, your taste, and your ability to execute.

You’ll work closely with the founders, documenting the real, behind-the-scenes world of Illicitbloc from campaign shoots and factory visits to day-to-day brand life turning it into content across social, email, and YouTube.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Capturing behind-the-scenes content across all areas of the brand
(campaign shoots, sampling days, travel, day-to-day founder life)
- Shooting both video and stills with a strong focus on storytelling and aesthetic
- Editing content into short-form (Reels/TikTok) and longer-form (YouTube/vlogs)
- Creating content that feels authentic, cinematic, and aligned with the Illicitbloc identity
- Supporting the brand in building a consistent visual narrative and archive

-Taking initiative to identify and capture moments without being prompted
-Bringing original creative ideas for content, formats, and storytelling

Must-Have Skills

- Strong ability to shoot both video and still content to a high standard
- Advanced editing skills, including colour grading and pacing
(Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred, but not essential if your output is strong)
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to create content that aligns with the brand’s visual identity and DNA
- Highly proactive and creative brings ideas, not just execution
- Flexible and reliable with shoot days, editing timelines, and delivery
- Consistently hits deadlines with a high standard of output
- Comfortable capturing content independently without direction

Bonus (Not Essential)

- Experience shooting within fashion or lifestyle environments
- Understanding of social-first content trends (without being trend-dependent)
- Basic knowledge of YouTube storytelling / episodic content
